evening and all day Monday. Advise booking. The Crown at Whitebrook in the Wye Valley - NP25 4TXThe only restaurant in the whole of Wales to boast a coveted
Michelin Star thus making it a perfect haven for food lovers.
Under Head Chef of 4 years James Sommerin, the Crown offers
'the total dining experience' described as 'fine modern dining
with classical french disciplines', sourcing much of the produce
used locally. It has also been voted by Johanson as having one

organic food largely grown on the premises and purchased locally. A
