Pool is 15ft by 8ft and 4ft deep. Flow can be varied and is heated to 30 degrees centigrade. Dehumidifies, under floor heating, and pool side shower. Pool room overlooks south facing sun terrace and private garden. A stainless steel staircase and gantry overlook the pool and provide access to the first floor facilities including: Steam RoomA 4 person steam room, with own cold water supply and tiled throughout. Sauna RoomA 4 person Scandinavian pine sauna, with 'coal' electric fire. Shower RoomA walk in shower room ,sink and WC adjacent to the sauna and steam room. Spa BedroomA double bed, with access to the adjacent spa shower room. Indoor Climbing WallA 2 story climbing wall with state of the art screw in holds, comprising a 20 meter circular traversing wall with over 40 routes, crash mats and rope belay / self belay system. ( Only to be used with prior agreement of the owner and with supervision for safety reasons). Fitness/Games Room (and spare bedroom)A quiet room located adjacent to the climbing wall for yoga, and bike turbo trainer etc, and can be adapted to a games room or overflow bedroom.
